Refund and Returns Policy

Beauty Core Limited (‘we in further text’) are committed to offering the best quality and value to our customers. If you have any question(s) about the product that you have purchased, or you intend to purchase from Beauty Core please contact us on: office@beautycore.co.uk.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel and return the products purchased, within 14 days from the date of your purchase.

Although we endeavour to provide the customer with the best product, there are situations where customer wishes to return the product.  If you wish to return the product, please let us know why, by sending us a brief outline of the issue, date of purchase, purchase number, your name and address. Please send us an e-mail with all the details to office@beautycore.co.uk and we will endeavour to send you approval within five working days. Following the approval from us to return the product, please pack it tightly and securely so it is fit for resale. Your refund request will be undertaken within 14 days of receiving the product at the address we have provided you.

If the return of the products is not because of a product defect or an error from our side, please get in touch with us in order to obtain pre-approval from our team. Please e-mail the reason for the return, date of purchase, purchase order number, your name and address to: office@beautycore.co.uk

Return postage charges and packing (box or padded envelope)  in respect of the return of the products, no matter the reason of return, are not covered by us. You must pay yourself for the cost of the return postal charges and its packing.

If wish to return the product(s), you will return the products ordered, in a state fit for their resale and in their original and unopened packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened are not eligible for refund.

Please notify us via email office@beautycore.co.uk about the return, to obtain approval from our team and receive address for return of the product.

We will refund you within 15 days from receiving the product back, as agreed, to the postal address we have provided. If this is delayed we will make contact via email to notify you about the delay..
